COVID 19 GUIDELINES
G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being. While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced compared to the last few years, we still encourage everyone to wear a face mask while indoors and practice social distancing when possible. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.
1. We recommend shoppers and G & G associates wear a face mask during their stay in the home.
2. Physical distancing will be encouraged throughout the sale.
3. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
4. No public restrooms will be available.
5. Hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to use.
6. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
7. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or traffic tickets that occur in association with this sale.
We recognize some of these restrictions can be frustrating, but by implementing them we aim for the safest sale possible. Honestly, if you are not feeling well, please stay home, take care of yourself and avoid spreading any illness to others.

6) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.

8) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at this sale.  There are a lot of furniture and furnishings for you to browse and buy.  You'll see items like:

Oh, and there's a television here, too.Here is a sample of the men's clothing available in the sale.This is an electric lift chair that is in good condition. Or if you prefer, this leather chair and ottoman is available.Another dresser, this time with a mirror, is here. Look at the reflection for the clothes rack.In case you wanted a closer look at the clothes rack, here it is.There is a good selection of bedding here as well.In case you wanted to see the refrigerator, here it is.There is a fair collection of mugs, glassware, bowls, and more.This rolling cart is holding bowls, silverware, a knife rack, and various other kitchenware items.Below the framed artworks, the main feature here is the CD rack.This bookcase is perfect for holding lots of things, books are just one of them.Also in this room are a number of little drawer sets, both wooden and plastic. The bottom right shows the corner of a toolbox.I'm not sure what era this metal desk belongs in, but 1940s or 1950s seems about right.Here is a photo of the garage and its contents.
