COVID 19 GUIDELINES
G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being. While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced compared to the last few years, we still encourage everyone to wear a face mask while indoors and practice social distancing when possible. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.
1. We recommend shoppers and G & G associates wear a face mask during their stay in the home.
2. Physical distancing will be encouraged throughout the sale.
3. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
4. No public restrooms will be available.
5. Hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to use.
6. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
7. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or traffic tickets that occur in association with this sale.
We recognize some of these restrictions can be frustrating, but by implementing them we aim for the safest sale possible. Honestly, if you are not feeling well, please stay home, take care of yourself and avoid spreading any illness to others.

A few reminders about this sale.
1) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
2) All sales are CASH ONLY.
3) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.

5) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
6) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
7) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
8) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at this sale.  IMPORTANT:  the garage portion of the sale will open at 12 noon on Friday only.  The remainder of the sale will open on all three days at 10 am and close at 5 pm.

 

We have the photos of the items now and are looking forward to seeing you at the sale.  You should look for the spinet piano in the photos, as well as the other named items.   Here is a partial list of the items:

There is a house there behind the trees and bushes, trust me.A couple of chairs, an ottoman, and a side table are the primary items in this photo.This white sofa seems to match the style of the white living room chair (previous photo). The coffee table is also in good shape.This office desk is a great addition to your student's studies.This is a Magnavox console radio and turntable.This is the brand marking for the console radio.This brown leather sofa is in good shape. On the wall are a few of the framed artwork items in the sale.This excellently crafted chest is made by Weber of New York and London.Here is the Weber logo for the chest.This Maxfield Parrish print is available as well. It has an unusual frame, where the upper corners are chamfered, while the lower corners are not.This is another look at the Maxfield Parrish print with the chamfered frame.This sewing machine and traveling case were made by Kenmore. Whether it is an original Tiffany lamp or not, it still has a sense of style that will enhance almost any environment.But let's not forget the table on which the lamp is sitting.This is a second look at the table. You can also see a corner of the piano and a couple more framed art pieces on the wall.This is a spinet-style piano, perfect for your new musical career.This photo highlights a few more of the varied wall art.This is photo 1 of 2 of this Lay-Z-Boy electric reliner lift chair. It looks really, really comfortable.And here is photo 2 of 2 of the Lay-Z-Boy electric recliner lift chair.In this sale, you can certainly find plenty of bedding, clothing, and a twin bedframe.Here are some of the clothes that you'll want to check out.For a touch of elegance to your evening, add this coat to your wardrobe.These tables contain a smorgasbord of dishware, holiday items, and other furnishings.A pair of wrought iron patio chairs are the central focus of this sale, along with the Welcome patio art and the traffic "cone".This picture shows a few chairs, a pair of dressers, a file cabinet, alongside the chairs and a white stool.
