COVID 19 GUIDELINES
G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being. While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced compared to the last few years, we still encourage everyone to wear a face mask while indoors and practice social distancing when possible. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.
1. We recommend shoppers and G & G associates wear a face mask during their stay in the home.
2. Physical distancing will be encouraged throughout the sale.
3. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
4. No public restrooms will be available.
5. Hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to use.
6. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
7. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or traffic tickets that occur in association with this sale.
We recognize some of these restrictions can be frustrating, but by implementing them we aim for the safest sale possible. Honestly, if you are not feeling well, please stay home, take care of yourself and avoid spreading any illness to others.

1) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
2) All sales are CASH ONLY.
3) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.

5) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
6) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
7) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
8) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

As is our usual, here is a picture of the front of the house and sale location, so you know where to go.This is the Aeolian Player Piano featured in the video. A small label claims "equipped with UKELANO". If you look inside the piano roll doors, it says "Standard Piano Action." The front also says "Sherman Clay".The bookcase to the right of the piano holds the piano rolls and other items.We've counted over 100 piano rolls available.There is a Sealy mattress available.And here is the mattress. You'll have to come on by to see the size.This is the fine dining table and six matching chairs in the sale.Who doesn't want a decorative toucan in a cage? It certainly makes a statement.This corner display cabinet would look great in your living room.This china cabinet holds a set of stemware that is also worth a look.There are several figurines in this smaller lighted display cabinet. These Lladro figurines will likely be in high demand. Stop by early to get these!Now this looks really comfortable.There are bookcases and books for you to peruse.This is the matching bookcase shown in the previous picture.In this closet hang a number of clothing items: shirts, jackets, and more.A couple of nice baskets above the clothing in one of the closets could hold several interesting treasures.Did you think there wasn't clothes in the sale? Well, here are a number of the available pieces. There are also a pair of framed artworks on the wall.Another closet features the shelves, shoes, and clothing.This Mink fur coat looks very warm and cozy.Center in this photo is the five-drawer cabinet. To the left is a roll-top desk, and to the right is a low night stand sized piece.The same roll-top desk is off to the right of the armoire-style entertainment center, which itself is right of the coatrack. These matching desk lamps need lampshades, but bring a definite style to your decor. Or come take a look at the buffet hutch on which they rest. The TV is also up for sale.Here is the roll-top desk, along with several desk-related items.Five low-backed barstools can be found in the sale.A small mish-mash of items are shown here, but the life-sized Bud Light cutout does catch one's attention. Notice the electric typewriter on the shelf, the vintage radio parts, and the black Polaroid case. There is a set of folding chairs (at least seven), as well as the picture of a canyon (Grand Canyon?)This is an unusual item. It is a billiards-style arcade game, though we're unsure how to play it. This bookcase houses a few older televisions, a genuine Heathkit project, and several books.In keeping with the billiards theme, several hanging lamps are available.This decorative chandelier is part of the sale as well.This is the loveseat for the living room. There is also a matching sofa.This is the matching sofa to the loveseat. Notice also the small pendulum clock on the wall, and the quaint courtyard picture on the wall. Here is an overview picture of the living room set. These chairs come close to matching, but have slightly different designs.This Asian-styled low bench and folding screen would be an excellent addition to your collection.Multiple kitchen and serving dishes are hiding out on this rolling serving cart.If you look carefully, you ca see a kerosene lamp on the top of this cabinet. Come see the rest of the items shown here.Several framed artworks can be found in the sale.This is another of the framed art that can be found in this sale.If you need an armoire, this is a really good choice. Of course, the TV could also be yours, or the lamp, or the small stand.In case you're in need of bedding, it can be found here.Lots and lots of picture frames and a small keyboard are shown in this photo.This is a relaxing picture of a prickly pear cactus that could adorn your wall.There is a small collection of holiday decorations. It's never too early to complete your collection.There are several different items shown here, including the coat hooks, wall-mounted cabinet, mirror, and clock.In this photo, the tables have a lot of kitchen-related appliances, bowls, plates, and utensils.More kitchen, cooking, baking, and related tools can be found here.Yes, here we have a refrigerator and a small shelf unit.Another bookcase is here with more plasticware.This smaller table and chair set is good for a breakfast nook. See the paintings on the floor to the left? Between the sofa and the loveseat are these candleholders and small candy dishes.There is a Herring Hall Martin safe, to hold those special valuables.Yes, the label says Victrola, but it has an LP record player and a CD player, so it is decent quality and adds an air of vintage.Here you can see even more decorative serving items, like trays and pitchers.More cabinets are seen here, as well as lamps and bowls.Yet another bookcase with more books, candleholders, decorative plates, and more.There are lots and lots of miscellaneous items in the garage. There are some power tools, as well as hand tools, but much more.Another picture of the garage tools and supplies is here.It looks like a small table saw or router. It's hard to tell from the items on top. There is a motorized grinder, multiple hammers, an air compressor (in the back), and a couple of circular saws.This is a better picture of the air compressor and the surrounding pieces.This washer and dryer set is available.The tool chest could be a good acquisition, to hold all the other tools!There is a wall A/C unit on the shelf, as well as the various other decorative items.This corner of the sale has a small refrigerator and a folding drying rack. Look carefully, there is a manual rug sweeper.This is a Contessa 5-string banjo and case.
