A few reminders about this sale.
1) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. If you find a list somewhere on the property, WE DID NOT CREATE IT and WE WILL NOT HONOR IT! Even if the page has our business name or logo on it, it is NOT ours.
2) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.

4) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
5) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
6) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
7) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

1. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets, even if they have our business name or logo printed on them. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
2. No public restrooms will be available.
3. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
4. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or traffic tickets that occur in association with this sale.

While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced, seasonal flu, colds, and other diseases are still out there. If you are experiencing any symptoms, feel free to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.

Hello!  Thanks for taking a look at our One Day sale in La Crescenta.  There is a smattering of various pieces to be found.  We can list a few of the items you'll find in this sale:

  • There is an American of Martinsville chest of eight drawers
  • A well-loved pool table with cues, balls, and rack
  • An oval dining table and six matching chairs
  • A nice china cabinet
  • A lighted display cabinet from Spain
  • Dressers
  • At least one desk
  • Christmas and Halloween decorations

...and much, much more!  Priced to sell!

This pool table comes with what you see here.This chest of eight drawers is in excellent condition, and is part of the American of Martinsville collection.And here is the maker's mark for the chest of eight drawers.Not only is there a lamp in this photo, but three framed artworks, a statue of a stag, two tables, and the sofa.This cabinet can house any number of items you might have in a collection. There is a "Made in Spain" label on this piece.Here is the same cabinet with the doors opened. Notice the lighting?This is the reason we say the cabinet comes from Spain.Here we have a lamp, table, and mirror, along with the various smaller items.This lamp is more avian in design, and the table is different, but still works. Oh! Don't forget the ducks (down to the right).Lots of holiday decorations are shown in this photo. In addition to Christmas, there are some Halloween decorations, too. In the lower left, there are some LPs. You'll need to come to the sale to see what is there.This is a close-up view of the LPs. We know you collectors like perusing through these. Come by the sale to see what is here.This photo shows a number of items: kitchen utensils, kitchen appliances, a red, white, and blue trunk, a white dresser, and too many others to list.This photo is more of an overview of the room. Take a look at the rug! This photo shows another trunk, a desk, a classic-styled radio, a vacuum cleaner, and other electronic media devices.You can find a television here, along with more audio/video equipment, a small dresser, another vacuum cleaner, and more.Take a look at the ducks in the lower left! Cute! Of course, the three framed pictures are available, as are the concrete basket and woman statuette.This photo shows the Maytag washing machine and GE dryer, primarily.This is a Maytag stove/oven combination. If you have more interest in the cookpots, those could be yours, too.Those are books on the table behind the framed painting. There is a chair underneath the bedding.A few clothes and shoes are available in the sale. This is a lovely china cabinet that could be yours.This is the first of two views of this dining table and six matching chairs. Don't forget to look at the crystal and glass serving pieces on the table.Here is the other view of the table and chairs, plus the clock and pictures.In case you're looking for a wedding dress, this could be the one! It's been dry cleaned, hence the box, but come by for sizing and other information.Here we have a nice framed artwork of a quaint cafe and village.
