We accept all debit and credit cards. No minimums. Must provide Valid CA Driver License or ID, or won't accept credit cards!! $2.50 Processing fee per transaction to complete a credit card authorization form.

(We want to provide a positive and safe environment for everyone attending. Therefore, the following rules have to be mentioned and enforced.)

Parking: We will have your vehicle towed away and possibly cited, it's up to the police, for illegal parking; blocking driveways, double parking, parking backwards, close to fire hydrants, etc.

No drinks, food, or pets allowed on the property due to trash, spills, and safety.

Last sale must be completed by posted closing time.

Homes may have a step(s) in front and back, therefore they may not be Handicap Accessible.

Sales are in private homes, therefore restrooms are not allowed to be used, nor as a dressing fitting room.

You enter at your own risk! Estate sales & Services By Big D is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on, or near the sale premise.

All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. No guarantees of condition, you need to check items prior to purchase. We price for condition.

You break it, you buy it!

All items sold in As-Is condition without warranty. You are responsible to test and inspect your purchase. Once it's written on receipt, sales is final.

We will only hold items upon full payment until posted closing time.

No items may be removed past the cashier unless full payment is made first.

Deposits not accepted.

First-come, First-served.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone, and will remove unruly customers.

Strollers are not allowed and children must not be left unattended.

You must remove your own items, including furniture, without causing damage to home and property.

Please don't ask my staff or other customers.

If you can't remove it, refunds/exchanges do not apply as in all sales are final.

We don't provide tools to disassemble any items.

If your merchandise is damaged upon removal, you will not receive any refunds or exchanges!

Delivery not available.

We will provide plastic bags and paper for wrapping.

You may bring boxes, however no personal bags, back-packs, or large purses.

Checks are not accepted.

Appropriate California sales tax for the County/City will be charged.
