• You assume your own risk while on the sale property; Homeowner and estate sales operators are NOT are responsible for accidents, damages, injuries, etc. This is a private home and you are entering at your OWN RISK.
• There is a step to get inside and into the home. The home is one level once inside.
• Our sign up sheet will go up in the morning once we arrive on site. If you are the first in line, you will be first on the list. Please be courteous of the neighbors and their driveways as you line up.
• You must be in line to have your space on the sign in sheet.
• We will manage the home's capacity as we see fit to prevent over crowding and keep the flow at a good pace.
• Please do not park in the driveway of the sale house or block any other driveways in the neighborhood.
• All purchases are AS-IS and are FINAL - there are NO RETURNS/REFUNDS
• Loading is your responsibility, please bring help to load items if needed.
• No restroom access.
• NO CHILDREN or PETS (unless it is a service animal) are allowed in the home.
