This sale is in a HOA community, which does not allow us to have signs on the street. There will be a sign on the house though. Please use GPS if you have it, or follow the directions in the ad. Parking is tricky, there is a small parking lot next to the house, but if those are taken you can park on the street, DO NOT park in any spots with a letter on them, those are assinged spots, and we do not want to upset HOA or neighbors.
