~ YOU are responsible for LOADING or scheduling pick up & transportation of your purchase(s)TO BE PICKED UP THE DAY OF PURCHASE.
~All purchases not picked up the day of purchase must be pre approved for a later pick-up...it s the buyers responsibility to arrange for pick up-not to extend LJ Liquidators scheduled sales hours.
~ Please respect the neighbors & neighboring houses; pls don't park in their driveways .
