A liability release form must be signed by all persons entering the property. Due to the nature of this sale, stairs are required on all levels other then garage. We are doing our best to keep everyone safe & healthy;Thank you for your understanding & patience.
~ Cash Only (Charge cards may be optional, 3% fee w/ cell access)
~ YOU are responsible for LOADING or scheduling pick up & transportation of your purchase(s)TO BE PICKED UP THE DAY OF PURCHASE.
~All purchases not picked up the day of purchase must be pre approved for a later pick-up...it's the buyers responsibility to arrange for pick up-not to extend LJ Liquidators scheduled sales hours.
~ Please respect the neighbors & neighboring houses; pls don't park in their driveways . Thank you.
~ No early bird entries... Doors open at 9:00 am or advertised time. Numbers will be give out at 8:30 am
~ please Do not disturb Liquidators to field questions~they are focused on preparing for the sale & have no time to answer individual questions.
