A liability release form must be signed by all persons entering the property. Due to the nature of this sale, stairs OR Steps may be required on all levels other then garage. We are doing our best to keep everyone safe & healthy;Thank you for your understanding & patience.

~ YOU are responsible for LOADING or scheduling pick up & transportation of your purchase(s)TO BE PICKED UP THE DAY OF PURCHASE.
~All purchases not picked up the day of purchase must be pre approved for a later pick-up...it's the buyers responsibility to arrange for pick up-not to extend LJ Liquidators scheduled sales hours.

~ No early bird entries... Doors open at 9:00 am or advertised time. Numbers will be give out at 8:30 am
