-Buyer is responsible for moving of furniture or heavy items. We will assist when possible.
-Ca Sales Tax of 8% will be charged unless you have a valid Ca Seller's Permit. We need to see your permit and you need to fill out a card for our files.
-Due to time contraints, we may not answer emails or phone calls regarding pricing etc., but we will try.
-For a more pleasant shopping experience and safety, 25 people will be allowed in the house at any one time. As one leaves, another will be let in. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
