To keep Everything Fair, We "Do-Not" have a sign in sheet. We have a line and First come First served WHY? We have had Customer feedback regarding "Sign in Sheets" We have Learned that Continuously a Single Customer shows up and lists all their Friends/Colleagues names to the list, Then they all show up right before opening and it is very UNFAIR to all others waiting in line. (IN addition, a bag, box, chair ETC... does not save your PLACE in line)
Thank you for UNDERSTANDING, We Value your Time & Run a Fair and Safe Sale

~Next let me share a Family Biography, plus some History about the Spectacular TREASURES Throughout ~
The Homeowner had deep roots in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Tennessee. They moved to this home in 1968 where dad developed the genetics department for the new medical school at UCSD. At the time, the whole area was a brand-new development. My parents were probably one of the few remaining original homeowners. They were both music lovers and avid readers. After retirement, they loved to travel, visiting most continents. Collected Native American art and flutes. Furniture that isn't obviously Ethan Allen is likely high-quality furniture made in North Carolina in the 1960s.
In the formal living room: the tall, narrow cupboard with two glass doors is cherry. From North Carolina. The cut crystal is from my mom's aunt, so it's vintage. The two wing back chairs are from North Carolina, 1960s
In the other front room: the needlepoint of young girl with basket is mid-19th century. The framed maps are vintage.
In the family room: two musical instruments hanging on the wall-- One is a vintage psaltery from Black Mountain, North Carolina. The dulcimer is from Arkansas and the bowl that goes with it is in a drawer under the tv.
In the master bedroom: small round table next to the chair. Built by my grandfather from a tree that fell in Tennessee where a dam was being built. 1940s. I think it's mahogany. The free-standing valet in the corner is probably from the 1940s.
The bed, vanity and vanity bench in the bedroom across from the hall bathroom were mom’s childhood furniture and dates to the 1940’s.
