~ YOU are responsible for LOADING or scheduling pick up & transportation of your purchase(s).
~All purchases not picked up the day of purchase must be pre approved for a later pick-up...it's the buyers responsibility to arrange for pick up-not to extend LJ Liquidators scheduled sales hours.
~ Please respect the neighbors & neighboring houses; pls DON'T BLOCK their driveways . Thank you.
~ No early bird entries... Doors open at 9:00 am or advertised time.
