Enter the sale at your own risk. The homeowner is not responsible for accidents inside or around the property! Park with care. Parking will be on ONE side of the street only. ... PLEASE - Do not block neighbor driveways.

No returns - so please examine your purchase carefully. All items are being sold “as-is”, with no warranties. Pricing will be re-assigned at checkout for any price tags removed or switched
We do not package, pack, move or load items. Purchaser’s of large items must bring the manpower, vehicle and tools to remove, load and transport purchased items. All items must be removed from the property.
