| Dear Friends and Clients, Our next amazing estate sale is located in the gated community of La Verne Hts, which is off north Esperanza Way. If you get to fire station you have gone too far. The gate will be open at 7:30 so there will be no sign up sheet. However, we are encouraging pre-sales. I will do my best to respond to your messages. The best way will be to text me at 626.733.3794. Also, if there is an issue with the gate not being open please call me on that same cell number. This house is loaded so you won't want to miss out. We accept all major credit cards with $50 minimum purchase so feel free to shop 'til you drop! All items must be picked up no later than 2:00 pm on Saturday. Please check out the partial list below.
