The estate sale is this weekend and located at:  3917 Williams, La Verne CA 91750 - located just North of Foothill Blvd. and 4 blocks east of Fruit Street. Signs are posted to the Sale!

All Kitchen Cabinets and Island, Original Western Holly Oven, Stove and Exhaust Hood from a home in La Verne that was built in 1953. Only one owner has lived in this home.

The cabinets are all in great condition showing very little wear on the outside. Still sturdy, all doors are in great working order. No missing hardware.

NOTE: THIS WILL REQUIRE A SKILLED CRAFTMAN/INSTALLER WHO WILL KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THE CABINETS FROM THE WALL, THE LOWER CABINETS (TILE COUNTER TOPS ARE INCLUDED). Also the removal of the Island.

 I will be conducting an estate sale on April 30th and May 1st. The cabinets can be inspected prior to the sale and the weekend of the sale. The cabinets would have to be removed after May 1st.

Rough Measurements of Cabinets:

Upper above stove: 88 inches x 48 inches

Above oven: 96 inches x 48 inches

 Below sink: 29 inches x 37 inches

 Island: 36 x 36 inches squares x 37 inches tall

 Above Microwave oven: 101 inches x 48 inches

 Below Microwave oven: 68 inches x 37 inches

The Oven seems to be in good working order. Outside looks great, some wear to the red lettering. The interior is in good condition.

The stove top is a 4 burner. Looks like the type that you might need to light a match to start the burners. The right knob is loose. All the other knobs seem to be in good working order.

 The Exhaust Hood is in good working order. The fan and light both work well.

 No noticeable scratch marks, dents or dings on any of these items.

 Oven: 24 3/4 inches x 43 1/4 inches

 Stove Top: 42 inches wide  x 18 inches deep

 Exhaust Hood: 42 inches
