Contents of a nice clean home with some wonderful vintage Mid Century items. The husband built this ranch style home in 1953 with his father. He & his wife are the original owners and the house & garage are packed with some wonderful vintage items.

The kitchen cabinets, original stainless steel oven, stove top, hood and all interior light fixtures are for sale (exterior lights are not for sale). Also for sale are all drapes & window treatments! If you are interested in any of these items contact me prior to the sale for viewing. You will need to have someone who is knowledgeable in taking out the cabinets, oven, stove top and light fixtures. All these items can be taken out starting on May 2nd after the sale.

There is a 7 foot stone Tiki Statue. It comes apart in 3 pieces and would be great for the Hawaiian enthusiast! Nice set of Eva Zeisel in the Bouquet pattern. Included are some wonderful serving pieces that you rarely see (even on ebay). Also included in the set is a Tea Pot. Some great piece of Pyrex in the Verde Green Block pattern (both Cinderella bowls & Covered Casserole Dishes (all lids look to have no chips). Lots & lots of other vintage kitchenware, pots, pans, baking dishes, glass serving bowls, china, dinner plates, etc. Some great vintage Coca Cola Bottles, Medical advertising bottles. A Dicto Grand Radio Loud Speaker, Murano Glass, Dining Room Table with 3 leaves and 10 chairs. Quite a few Tiffany style reproduction lamps, vintage ceiling lights (a few with fans) and a pair of 50's bathroom wall scones. A few sofa's that look to be from the 80's, leather sofa, 80's style glass side tables, large brass floor lamps. Couple of nice wood carved chairs.

Women's perfume, one sleeveless fur jacket and another faux fur coat. Some costume jewelry and quite a bit of vintage Halloween costumes, decorations, Xmas decorations.  2 Vintage Bell & Howell Movie Projector with a few movies (one looks to a vintage x rated flick!!!). Lots of framed art work.  Several older white iron & metal patio furniture.

The garage is PACKED with various hand tools, compressor, vintage wheel barrel, electrical cords, other electrical items. Pretty much anything you would need to tinker in your work shop. Most is from the 50's - 80's so this is the good USA stuff that was meant to last!!! Quite a few yard tools, lawn mower, shovels, etc.  There is some scrap metal. A few older metal signs. 2 Washers & Dryers.  Several vacuums and probably 6 - 8 fans......summer is just around the corner! Oriters Pistol & Revolver Cleaning Kit!

Directions: This is situated just south of the 210 Freeway off the Fruit Street Exit.

Coming East or West on the 210 Foothill Freeway, take the Fruit Street exit. You will go South and the 2nd street is Amherst. Turn left on Amherst. You will go 2 stop signs until it dead ends at Williams. Turn right on Williams. The house will be on your right side. There is Plenty of street parking - please do not block neighbor’s driveways or double park on the street.

There is no sign up sheet and anyone that starts one is wasting paper. First in line will be the first in. Form a nice orderly line 1/2 way down the long driveway.

Please make sure to have a vehicle big enough that will fit furniture. I will have 3 men who can assist you getting your items into your truck, car or van (not many estate sale companies provide this service)!

Sunday is ½ price – It all has to go!!!!!
