We accept cash, and all major debit and credit cards.

We no longer use a sign up list and do not use anyone else's. We only take people in the order they are lined when we open at 9am. Later comers should join the back of the line.

As we are busy preparing the sale and regret that we will not be able to answer questions regarding pricing of items.

No early sales. (Meaning not before we open on Friday morning.)

First come first serve

Please bring help if you plan to buy large furniture. Bring furniture pads (blankets) too.

We provide boxes, packing and bags (whilst stocks last)

Remember that all items are sold as-is, where-is with no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We are a true estate liquidation company and have no way to credit or reimburse customers as the estates are paid immediately after the sale.
