We require face masks and social distancing in line and in the house, hands sanitized on entering the home and fore head temperature taken on arrival. Please do not come to the sale if you have any Covid19 symptoms.

As we are busy preparing the sale and regret that we will not be able to answer questions regarding pricing of items.

We accept cash, debit and credit cards as payment.

No early sales. (Meaning not before we open on the first day.)

First come first serve, no sign up list

Please bring help if you plan to buy large furniture. Bring furniture pads (blankets) too.

We provide boxes, packing and bags (whilst stocks last). Please leave your bags/boxes in your car.

Remember that all items are sold as-is, where-is with no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We are a true estate liquidation company and have no way to credit or reimburse customers as the estates are paid immediately after the sale.

We have another huge beautiful sale for you this week!

Estate sale of family that owed a Walnut Creek car dealership since 1921. They were Cord mechanics of 1936-1937. We have many car memorabilia and parts.

As parking is limited, we have a shuttle service pick up on THURSDAY & SATURDAY ONLY from the corner of Upper Happy Valley Road and El Nido Ranch Road, Lafayette. Shuttle available from 8:45-1:45pm.

All jewelry is removed from the home after hours, police have been contacted to make home visits during the evening, and alarm has been activated.
