FUN LAFAYETTE ESTATE SALE: Lotsa Antiques and some Mid Century Modern

Greetings!  We are having a jampacked estate sale in Lafayette this weekend.  The residents truly loved buying furniture, books, kitchenware, Antiques, and so so much more!  The husband liked to do Woodworking, and the wife liked to sew and cook!  Please review the photos to get a full picture of what all is there. Here are some highlights though.

Furniture— Antique.  Lots of beautiful country, solid wood pine breakfronts, closets, China cabinets and hutches, kitchen hoosiers, marbletop washstands, dressers, nightstands, rocking chair, shoe rack, many other shelving racks, secretaries, adult and child desks, round dining tables, hand-knotted Turkish and Persian Rugs, etc., 

Other antiques and collectibles:  music stand, rocking horse, wagons, huge goat feeding hanging basket,  paper dolls, chicken coop,  cast iron stove, Raggedy Ann and Andys, elephants, etc…

Mid Century Modern Furniture:  Scandinavian Design twin bed frame, bookcases, teak modular shelving, highboy dresser, sideboard, tall magazine rack, Hollywood Regency Elephants,  etc..

Vintage and modern day Kitchenware:  dish drying racks, pot hanging racks, Le Creuset, copper ware, great pots and pans, many many small appliances

Dining and barware:   Teacups, Wedgewood, blue and white dishes,Waterford Crystal, Riedel glassware, table linens, and much much more!

Pottery:  Lots of signed pieces, crock lamps

Books:  2.5 walls lined with books from history to biographies to literature to home decor and crafts—- lest I forget a strong cookbook section

CDs, Cassettes and LPs:  Mostly classical, but also some country, jazz, and show tunes

Vintage Clothing-  women’s coats and Men’s Clothing and shoes, purses, hats

Woodworking:  Sjobergs Workbench, antique workbench, power tools, some chisels, Dremel, 

Other tools:  Shop-Smith, 4 ladders of different sizes and types, small hand tools

kid’s Stuff:  dolls, books, cribs, puzzles, student and rolltop desk!

Garden and outdoors:  3 tiered cement fountain/birdbath, mosaic birdbath, some gardening supplies and tools, Smokeless Grill, backpacks 

Elderly and Health Care:  walkers and Scooters, exerciser, bathroom sundries

Household:  Cleaning and office supplies

Crafts:  Elna Sewing Machine, fabric, yarn, some sewing notions, painting supplies and more
