Our next on site estate sale will be in Lafayette, CA.

1407 Reliez Valley Road, Lafayette, CA  94549

(Residence is at the corner of Kincheloe Court and Reliez Valley Rd. Customers will be allowed to park on Kincheloe Court, which is a private drive. The owners of the private drive have given us written permission.)

This sale will take place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, April 9, 10, and 11.

The hours of sale and discount schedule will be as follows:

Thursday, 4/9  Noon to 5:00 PM           (All prices are firm)

Friday, 4/10, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM              (30% off all  items*)

Saturday, 4/11, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM        (50% off everything*)

*Sterling silver will be discounted 10% on Friday and Saturday.

Please wait in front of the home before the sale opens. Do not enter backyard.

Methods of payment: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Check if we know you well. Cash will expedite the payment process. 

Remember that sales tax will be collected if you do not provide a valid California Resale Permit Number. The sales tax rate is 8.5% in Lafayette.

We will try and open a little early if there are many people waiting outside and our staff is ready.

No early sales. (Meaning not before we open on Thursday morning.) 

First come first serve.

Please bring help if you plan to buy large furniture. Bring furniture pads (blankets) too. Also, please bring your own shopping bags/boxes. We do not have ANY! 

Please do not remove price tags from any items. If you wish to buy an item place a “sold “ sticker (with your name and telephone number on it) to the desired item. All sold stickers must have a telephone number, if they do not, the item will not be considered sold. Do not put a sold sticker on any item that you are not 100% sure about buying. 

Please remember that all items are sold as-is with no returns. We are a true estate liquidation company and have no way to credit or reimburse customers as the estates are paid immediately after the sale.

Do not disturb residence before sale. Residence is alarmed. Please do not jiggle doors when waiting, alarm will go off.

All items of high value removed from premises and brought back morning of sale.
