TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
A member of our staff will meet you on the sidewalk in front of the building at 8 am on SATURDAY and will begin a list. No other lists will be accepted. The sale opens at 9 am. You will be escorted to and from the unit by a member of our staff.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions.
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle.
Sales tax of 8% charged on all purchases (Laguna Beach) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE.
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

The O.C County Sherriff's Department and the Laguna Beach Police Department have both been notified of this sale and will be monitoring our event for additional security. In addition, we will have a plain clothes armed police officer as security.

ENTRY TO THE SALE
Since the residence is private and gated, entry will be as follows:
Once the address is announced on this site, you will know it. Please wait in front of the building on the north side of the building on the sidewalk.
At 8 am, a member of our staff will meet you and will begin taking names for a list to enter the sale. Please do not start a list as it will not be honored.
At 9 am, a member of our staff will begin escorting small groups to and from the residence. As the residence is small, (but packed) we will only have small groups at a time. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
The building and unit are under video surveillance and we will have an off duty LAPD officer there for everyone's safety and security.
This is a spectacular sale, the quality of which we rarely see.
