You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions.
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange Co) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE.
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

Parking is limited so best to park on PCH and walk in..once the address is published you will know why..the house is only several houses away from PCH. Please do not block neighbor's driveways and obey all street signs..this is Laguna and people will not hesitate to complain or call the police..so please park thoughtfully. Thank you!
We will put out a sign up sheet in front of the gate (not at the front door) 1 hour prior to opening each day (we open at 9 am on Saturday so the list will go out at 8 am; on Sunday we open at 10 so the list will go out at 9 am!)
