You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.

No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.

All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.

There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions.

Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only.

We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle.

Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE.

No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

You will feel as if you are shopping in a retail store, but you will delight at the fantastic prices! Everything in excellent condition....A Z Gallerie sectional in a neutral beige cream, comfortable and will work with everything...A large painted Hutch/Entertainment center that can also be used to display your collectibles and treasures....a glass top, pickled pine base dining table with 4 chairs, coffee tables, painted cupboards, a white dining table with ocean themed upholstered chairs, a rattan side chair with tropical print fabric...painted dressers, end tables, night stands and coffee tables...looks like many came from local Laguna stores...

Outdoor woven wicker furniture, brown with beautiful blue and green striped cushions....a pull out sofa, dining table/chairs, chaise lounges, cart, side chairs, a steel framed hammock...Decorative accessories include many mirrors of differing shapes and sizes, glass objects including vases, bowls, and figures, ceramic and wood accessories; china in bright colors, stemware, glassware and other useful kitchen items, mixing bowls, platters, wine coolers, a few small appliances...We also have a Meade telescope!

We also have nice headboards/footboards, beds and linens, as well as many pillows throughout...Lamps and lighting including capiz style lamps, colored glass lamps, and seashell lamps too..

We know you will like this sale! Everything is current in style and from stores you know and love like Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware...and best of all, you get to shop while enjoying the views of the stunning blue Pacific below. This will be a one day sale...We will open at 9 am, sell until 11:30, close for 30 minutes, then reopen at 12 noon with deep discounts on most items...

We also have a car the owner is trying to sell..a Fiat mini with custom leather and only 7500 miles...will post a picture and more information tomorrow.

See you at 9 am on Saturday. We will put out a sign up sheet at 8 am Saturday one hour prior to opening.

Remember Arch Beach Heights is at the top of Laguna. Take Bluebird to Summit to the top, merge into La Mirada, then make a right on Capistrano...the house is on the left. Park wherever you can, but please do not block neighbor's access or driveways...
