You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

He collected for decades and was a dealer for a few years as well...Art, art and more art....California art, paintings, engravings, Asian, books, antique furniture, modern, garden, ironstone, and so much more...
He collected all of his life and loves his fine art and objects. He has great taste, is very artistic and bought unusual beautiful items.This is an incredible home on a double lot just up from one of the most famous beaches in Southern California.
The slight difference in this sale compared to our other sales is that here the client wanted to be in charge of pricing. So, we will negotiate with him on the items that you are interested in. My client wishes to let go of items in his collections as long as he is comfortable with the price. If you are willing, it would probably be worth the effort to see what you are able to buy. He will be negotiable on some items, less negotiable on others. He is open to offers as well.

Please email me should you wish to attend, giving me the day and time of your preference. I will do my best to accommodate you. It is first come first serve. We will stagger 2-3 people every 30 minutes (it is a large house) so it is very important that if you are given an appointment that you attend and respect the time frame given.
** For all of our sales going forward, if you purchase items larger than you can carry, you will need to have Ortega's Delivery Service pick up the item and deliver it for you. I will arrange pick up and they will arrange delivery. You will pay Ortega's delivery service directly for the delivery charge.
