We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

In many instances, there are several pictures posted per single item being sold. This is to show you additional details. I have put a description on each item for sale and noted if it is a single item, pair or lot. Please read carefully before emailing me. Thank you.
Payments can be made by Zelle (B of A, Chase, Wells Fargo contactless online payment app) once you have confirmed with me price, tax, total, terms and pick up and/or delivery options. NOTE: Deliveries of large items must be by the preferred, bonded we use. You cannot bring your own truck etc. Please keep this in mind when selecting items to purchase. Please do not pay until I have sent you an invoice.

All items listed for sale are subject to prior sale. An item you are interested in may be sold as we update the items sold every 24 hours.

Once you have confirmed that you are interested in purchasing, we will confirm payment arrangements and pick up and/or delivery. Smaller items will be available for pick up during a specific time window. Large items will be picked up and delivered by Ortega's Delivery Service (We will arrange and coordinate, you will pay Ortega's directly for the cost of delivering your item.)

Everything is wonderful quality…7 ½ foot cream damask sofa, large 8 panel coromandel screen with decoration on both sides (was in the Mission Inn in Riverside for many years and then acquired from Warren Imports, the famous Antique shop in Laguna Beach for decades that specialized in Asian art, furniture, and decorative arts.)
The most beautiful Venetian Murano chandelier I have ever seen…pale greens, lavenders, yellow decorated all over with irises. Large painted Italian paintings on panels/plaques 3’ x 4’ and approx. 4’ x 6’.
A large rectangular pietra dura/scagliola technique dining table with chairs. Carved gilt and painted coffee table with a beveled glass top. A collection of (contemporary) art and paintings…neo classical, portraits, florals, still lives and other naratives. Mid Century works on panel by Fred Hirschfeld. Dresden figurines and a selection of Icart porcelain figurines.
Large triple armoire, sleigh bed, gold gilt mirror, a small selection of size L Bugatchi men’s l/s shirts, selection of pillows, bedding and linens.
Paintings, prints, decorative art.
A player piano, Italian ceramic figurines, Italian carved resin busts and figures.
We are also selling dramatic, life size carrara marble statues made by the world famous house of Raffaelo Romanelli…Although Romanelli died in 1928, his family continued his legacy by employing the finest sculptors from Italy…If one were to order a custom made sculpture today, each work takes approximately 8 months to complete and costs between 40,000 and 60,000 Euros (10 percent stronger than our dollar.) Our sculptures were made in the 70’s in the classic taste and truly one of a kind! We have Diana, David and Apollo…we are selling the sculptures for significantly less than this. Delivery would be organized by Ortegas delivery service and would cost approximately 750 depending on where you want it delivered.
Large items will need to be moved by Ortega’s Delivery Service. I make the arrangements, you will pay Ortega’s directly for any moving fees. We are happy to bring smaller items to a meeting place outside the gate (time and place will arranged once purchase has been made.)
