You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

What a beautiful sale we have for you. This charming ocean view home in Laguna is decorated perfectly...
A cobination of Mid Century, European, French, Continental and primitive make this happy sale a must see..Highlights are a Brutalist bedroom set, comprising a credenza, tall dresser, headboard/footboard and two mirrors by Lane inspired by "Paul Evans."
Update:
All furniture must stay in the home until new owner's furniture arrives. So, we will not be selling any furniture at this point, rather taking names of interested parties for a later date. We will conduct the sale for one day only, on Saturday November 5.
However, there is some nice art, decorative items, glass, kitchen, designer clothing a linens that we will sell.
