You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

We are delighted to be in Laguna Beach for this wonderfully eccentric, eclectic, artistic sale....so much of everything in every category.
A very Laguna Sale....first a spectacular view to enjoy while you shop...loads of interesting, artistic items in the garden and house...art, sculpture, statuary, ceramics, seashells, stemware, crystal, MCM coffee table , lucite, musical instruments, italian, MCM, so much more! Like an artistic gardener's paradise!
Parking is not easy... and the drive up is a steep zig zag until you reach our desination...not for the faint of heart....one of the charming windy laguna streets with spectacular views but not easy to park...thank you for your understanding in advance.
Saturday and Sunday April 15-16

Email for an appointment but read below first.....
There are approximately six (6) parking spots, two below the garage ( I will park my silver prius in one of these spots) two near the driveway and two above the garage. If you have an appointment, please only park in the described spots ( not along the driveway or in a neighbor's driveway as it is a shared driveway and this would not make neighbors happy.)
So, If you think you might like to attend, let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate you during one of the days we are hosting this event.
