You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Leo's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

Bauer and Fiesta everywhere, hundreds of pieces, mixing bowls, platters, plates, pitchers, cups and saucers, flower pots...colorful and beautiful. Pottery, dozens of hammered copper including Roycroft, Craftsman and other makers.... incredible lamps, lighting, art, more art, lithographs, pastels, oil on canvas, old engravings, custom art, paintings, watercolors, oil paintings, porcelain, sets of china, lovely service plates, boxes, china, platters, multiple sets of stemware of all kinds, colored stemware including cobalt, red, cranberry, every shape, size and use...Books, books, and more books, university educated client and pharmaceutical books, literature, as well art and cookbooks. As always, we are by appointment only, which means:
1)
If you wish to attend, please email your information (full name, cell phone number and a valid email address to me at :

Please do not text or call asking about the sale or to request an appointment. We do not organize that way.
Calling or texting multiple times, will result in you being permanently blocked.
Blocked means you will not be able to attend this sale or be able to attend our future sales.
3)
Please email after (not before) October 5 as we will have a better idea of our schedule at that time.
4)
If/when you receive and appointment to attend, we expect you to attend. If you do not attend, you will no longer be welcome at future sales. We of course understand emergencies and conflicts which may prevent you from attending, but since this is how we organize, your appointment "no show" with no valid reason means that another person who wanted to attend cannot. This is unacceptable.
