We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

This is a last minute sale in beautiful Nellie Gail Ranch. Original owner and original home...so, you know what that means...lots of vintage and older things. The house is full and we have to sell everything, yesterday!
We may or may not post pictures, its depends on how much time we have...there is a Louis XV antique style bed and armoire, a marble top demi lune, art, paintings, engravings, prints and loads of decorative...Also lots of household treasures including fitz and floyd, china, rose canton plates, Haviland, crystal, silver plate, kitchen pots/pans, stainless flatware, linens, barware, statuary, rugs, and garage. Century Cabinet and credenza, a spectacular chrome and glass dining table and chairs, upholstered furniture, holiday, Christmas, copper, ladies clothing...
It will be an orderly liquidation..in other words, not staged beautifully as our current Laguna Beach project...but, loads of stuff, priced to move and in one day! Yes, everything priced to sell in one day...a great opportunity to buy!
