Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

Yesterday we finished our oceanfront, on the sand estate in Dana Point!
This week (today) we set up for Dover Shores as well…an Old Newport Family with many childhood connections, this estate is filled with Mid Century, multiple sets of fine china, silver, a large Lladro collection, crystal, women’s clothing, a Peter Max lithograph, books, outdoor furniture, and a full garage…Trying to work on a private email only sale for this as soon as we are ready.
