Flaws and imperfections caused in the making are not noted. Any additional condition questions or clarification requests must be made 24 hours before the auction starts to allow our staff to review the items. Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms.?
?If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us and return the item within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping is non-refundable.

The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any merchandise before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.

The auctioneer will be the final judge as to who is the successful bidder. In the event of any dispute the auctioneer shall at their discretion decide to reopen the bidding or not. ?

On the fall of the auctioneers hammer, ownership of the offered lot passes to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. The bidder then assumes full risk and responsibility and must pay the full purchase price of the item(s).

All California residents pay sales tax unless the purchaser has a sales tax exemption number.

For payment, if you have a card on file with Live Auctioneers, it will be automatically charged after you receive your invoice.

Buyer pays shipping cost indicated in the listing or can request a shipping quote from Live Auctioneers if a cost is unavailable.
