We have made every effort to accurately describe and photograph the property to be sold. However, colors may vary slightly in person due to differences in monitor settings and lighting. Flaws and imperfections caused in the making are not noted. Any additional condition questions or clarification requests must be made 24 hours before the auction starts to allow our staff to review the items. Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us and return the item within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping is non-refundable.

Estate rugs are sold as-is.

The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any merchandise before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.

The auctioneer will be the final judge as to who is the successful bidder. In the event of any dispute the auctioneer shall at their discretion, decide whether to reopen the bidding.

On the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, ownership of the offered lot passes to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. The bidder then assumes full risk and responsibility and must pay the full purchase price of the item(s).

Payment Terms: Payments can be made directly through Live Auctioneers. We accept - Visa - MasterCard - American Express - Discover - Money Orders - Checks (with delivery of merchandise occurring only after the check has cleared.)

All California residents pay sales tax unless the purchaser has a sales tax exemption number and has shared it with Live Auctioneers.

For payment, if you have a card on file with Live Auctioneers, it will be automatically charged after you receive your invoice.

Buyers can request a shipping quote from Live Auctioneers at any time.

Buyers outside of the contiguous United States must arrange their own shipping.They may provide a shipping label or share pick-up arrangement details.
