We are helping a long time customer whose parent has been moved to assisted living. Plenty of fun, unique items to shop!

Just a few reminders:

·       Numbers for entry will be handed out at 8:00 am Tuesday to those physically in line, one number per person.

·       No sign-up list will be honored.

·       No place holders will be honored for those that are not physically at the house.

·       We do not pre-sell or quote prices prior to the sale.

·       We gladly accept All Credit Cards and Cash, no checks.

·       We are required by the State of California to collect sales tax. Only VALID Resale Certificates will be honored.

·       Watch Your Step, THERE ARE STEPS.

·       Entrance will be Front Gate, Exit through Garage/Driveway.
