2 day estate sale in Laguna Niguel. Saturday July 27 and Sunday July 28 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sign up sheet will be on the front door 8 a.m. day of sale. Doors open at 9 a.m. Any list started prior to ours will not be honored.
This sale will be Cash only. Everything will be sold AS-IS. All sales are final. No refunds or returns. No exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Please be respectful to those around you. Please do not block any driveways.
You will be entering the property at your own risk. The entrance is at the front door, exit at garage door. There is NO restroom available at this sale. NO EXCEPTIONS. Absolutely no food or drink in the home. NO purses, backpacks, or bags allowed. No children permitted.
NOTE: If you purchase large items or furniture, you must move them. We do not provide movers or assistance moving your items out of the house. We do not lift, load or move heavy items. You must also bring your own tools, hand truck, etc. We do not provide tools. All items must be removed at time of purchase.
