You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

LOADS of silver plate, glassware, crystal, other china, ceramics, Cat collectible items (all categories.) Interesting array of furniture including lucite coffee table, rosewood side chairs, royal blue sectional, bookcase, modern desk, French Louis XV style armoire, lacquer screen, pedestal with marble insert, trunks. Loads of art, including original paintings, some mid century art, a Frank Stella poster commissioned by the Met, other poster art and lithographs, many other decorative paintings as well. Email me and let me know your name and that you wish to come. I will put your name on a list, first come first serve; people all be put into groups of thirty minute intervals. I will email you your appointment time by 9 pm the night before your appointment. There is no need to continue emailing me regarding your appointment.
We are social distancing again and require all attendees to wear masks and comply.
