West Coast "Marrying Millions" Star sells "Tuscan" mansion to move to East Coast "Contemporary" mansion.

Rather than shipping and storing architecturally incompatible decor across the country, a commercial warehouse showroom was selected to liquidate the Tuscany-inspired furnishings.

The estate items for sale are primarily furniture, rugs, art & pottery. The home was over 10,000 square feet and the furnishings are at scale.

All items for sale are of the utmost quality and price. Brands such as John-Richard, Steven-Thomas Antiques, Hickory Chair Company, Tomlinson, Erwin & Lambeth are for sale.

Major pieces such as a dining room table for 12, fabric and leather sofas, mirrors, and tables including sideboards are available.

Aubusson Tapestry, hand-knotted Persian Wool Rugs (10'x14') and a raw silk rug are available, including original artworks and Italian church artifacts

Vintage Louis Vuitton garment bags manufactured in Paris are available.

Depending upon the item, pricing has been structured at approximately 25-40% of their retail value.

Due to the quality and desirability of these items, a private showing can be scheduled prior to the sale.
