True Integrity Estate Services presents a Laguna Niguel collector estate sale featuring fine jewelry, sterling silver, original artwork, Asian porcelain, antiques, collectibles, and a lifetime of treasures gathered through decades of connection to Laguna Beach and the Southern California arts community.
This is not a typical estate sale.
For many years, the family attended the Laguna Beach Festival of Arts, Pageant of the Masters, and Sawdust Art Festival, acquiring original artwork, decorative objects, and unique pieces directly from artists and makers. The result is a beautifully curated home filled with art, antiques, Asian decorative arts, fine furnishings, books, collectibles, and personal treasures collected over a lifetime.
The estate also includes a special collection of memorabilia connected to Dennis "Moto" Suzuki, longtime owner of Wally's Barber Shop in Laguna Beach. Featured pieces include a beautifully restored antique barber pole, shop memorabilia, artwork, and personal items that celebrate a man who helped shape the character of Laguna Beach.

Entry Sign-Up Sheet & Checkout Area Policy
To ensure an organized and fair opening for all shoppers, an official True Integrity Estate Services sign-up sheet will be placed at the front of the property no later than 7:00 AM on the first day of the sale. This will be the only list recognized for entry when the sale opens.

• Only the True Integrity Estate Services sign-up sheet will be honored
• Any lists started by customers will not be recognized
• Please sign yourself in when you arrive
• Customers must be present when the sale opens to enter with their place in line
• One line entry per person — please do not hold places for others
• Customers will be admitted in the order shown on the official list
