We'll start with furniture. A mix of modern and a few vintage pieces with a slant towards contemporary. Modern gray upholstered sofa, 2 contemporary futons-black leather and gray upholstered. One super nice vintage Asian style sofa-excellent condition and fitting in Mid-Century Decor. A farmhouse dining table with 6 chairs and 2 built in leaves. Some really nice lamps and light fixtures all over the house. 2 upholstered club chairs and more club chairs around the house. Steampunk side table, map-themed tables, chrome and glass coffee and side tables, occasional tables and some stuff I have forgotten!

  Then there is the family room and living room "tables full". Glassware- glass, Art Glass, crystal and more, and the usual knick-knacks that you find around a home. Several pieces of square, white dinnerware and so many "go with" pieces, fitting in both beach or modern home and in quantities for entertaining small dinner parties. Small collection of crystal balls and candle curiosities. Some silver plate and a selection of art glass vases. pieces and more. Some pottery pieces and lots of decorative boxes, metal and other sculptures. Lots of doggie toys and stuff.

 Kitchen is full of the usual suspects BUT with a slant to entertaining! This gent was in the hospitality business and was a party guy so he had all the right stuff! It includes cookware and appliances and gadgets to make things easier. Dinnerware, bakeware and partyware. There is a barware area. Vintage and modern. As mentioned, he was in Hospitality AND he worked for various large hotels. Some of this is stuff from the hotel days-prints, over-sized wine bottles, displays and more! FUNNY THING! You may remember that I had a guitar signed by Chicago at my last sale. This time, I have 5 guitars signed by Rock stars-so far I know 2. Brett Michaels (Poison) from "Celebrity Apprentice" and a Fender signed by Tommy Tutone and Steve Augeri of Journey and several other Rock Stars. YES! 3 others and OOOOO how I wish I could decipher the signatures! As mentioned, hospitality business. Guitars were purchased by her when an event was coming up where Rock Stars were featured and she would have them signed and collect them. So come look and see if you can figure them out!

There is a selection of linens and lots of decorative pillows. Everything from bed linens, to table linens, modern to antique. And by the way, there is various art. Prints, cute signs, boards and more throughout the house. A big, black, modern headboard with built-in shelving and side tables. And more Art items scattered about. Household items, toiletries and, misc household items. There is a selection of men's clothing and vintage jackets! A firemans hat and a signed Mighty Ducks poster.

We have a "Safari" room-at least that's what we've been calling it! So cute. Animal themed art-sculptures, pictures, baskets animal prints and more. A Queen bed and did I say boxes?  

YES, there is jewelry-quite a bit! Costume jewelry, sterling and some better pieces! I have added a collection of jewelry from an estate in Huntington Harbor that is unable to hold a sale. I have been through most and the largest portion is going in my famous $3- crate. There is stuff from fine to fun including a modest collection of Sterling Tiffany. Pieces both vintage and modern, signed and unsigned. Still looking at this but again, GREAT costume and fine pieces gold and silver. (No valuables kept on premises at any time.) 

Then there is the garage. This is where there is a big selection of Christmas. These decorations are big and heavy on the drama! There are hand tools and all the regular garage stuff. Cleaning supplies and more we haven’t yet gotten to yet.  Then there is the sideyard. Pots, cute garden decor a bistro table and more.

We are not responsible for accidents! We will go half-price on Saturday. I still have not gone through every single thing but I believe there is some interesting things-something for most!!!
