COVID 19 GUIDELINES
G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being. While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced compared to the last few years, we still encourage everyone to wear a face mask while indoors and practice social distancing when possible. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.
1. We recommend shoppers and G & G associates wear a face mask during their stay in the home.
2. Physical distancing will be encouraged throughout the sale.
3. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
4. No public restrooms will be available.
5. Hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to use.
6. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
7. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or traffic tickets that occur in association with this sale.
We recognize some of these restrictions can be frustrating, but by implementing them we aim for the safest sale possible. Honestly, if you are not feeling well, please stay home, take care of yourself and avoid spreading any illness to others.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at this sale.  We're working on getting more details and photos for you with the specific items, so check back soon, but in the meantime, you can find the usual items.  Here is a partial list of common items:

There is a large tree in front of the house, but this is more or less what the sale location looks like.This picture shows a twin bed headboard, footboard, and mattress set. If you look in the upper right corner, there is a Raggedy-Ann doll. There is a better picture later.This is a second mattress set label, in this case a Serta PerfectSeeper.This is the Serta Perfect Sleeper (the label is in a different picture). This full-sized mattress set and frame could be yours.This is a wonderful small square table with four matching chairs. This will look wonderful in your house.Underneath all the dolls here there is a spinet piano, but several of the keys are stuck. If you are looking for a prop or want to restore it, this is the one. Don't forget the baskets.This six drawer dresser with mirror is a wonderful piece. Of course, there are lots of smaller items around it. Look at the table on the right, with lots of blankets.The sale also features a couple of closets full of clothes. This is one of them.There are several items here, including two matching chairs, a filing cabinet, the yellow and white chest of drawers and shelves, a wooden desk (partially seen on the right), and lots more!This is one of the other closets of clothes and bedding (see the closet shelf?)There are bookcases as well, even if they hold furnishings other than books! Come take a look to see what is here. Can you find the birdcage? What about the sunflowers?This is a beautiful stained or leaded glass. Simple, elegant, but creative, too!You know, the holidays are approaching. Now is the time to bolster your collection. There are also a couple of artworks on the wall.This is a nice audio music center: record turntable, CD player, AM/FM stereo, and cassette player. Admit it, you have some cassettes you want to play, don't you?The flat-screen TV and stereo bar shown here is NOT FOR SALE. In the corner is an electric organ; these are not in sales too often. Watching guard on the organ is a life-sized stuffed grandmother, but the fireplace screen is a highlight! This low table is beautifully designed and built. And the vase is quite pretty as well.There are quite a few framed artwork pieces, lamps, small decorative statuary. And of course two more dressers.This is a console stereo and LP player. These are often sought-after. You'll want to get to the sale early. Even the LPs are worth a look!There are two things worth looking at here: the matching shelves and the stemware for entertaining.Did you think we didn't have a piano? There is a small grand piano here. Look down to the left to find a vintage LP player. In the far corner, more audio & video components. On top of the table is a Lladro box, which means there is a Lladro figurine. You'll need to ask to see it, though.The baby grand piano is made by Ellington, as this picture shows. This is a better picture of the items behind the piano. Cassettes, CDs, speakers, a VCR, a DVD player, and more!This is the larger dining room table, six matching chairs, and of course the vintage china. Look carefully in the background at the four matching green chairsThis is a better look at the four green chairs with wicker seats. Of course, there are also lots of kitchen appliances, utensils, and service pieces.More kitchen-related items: cups, gravy boats, glass serving trays, muffin pans, the list goes on.I think we mentioned the framed artwork in this sale. Here is one of those.When this album was released in the 1980s, it was a huge hit! This bit of art could be yours.Here is another of the artwork pieces in this sale.There are so many ways to express love. This is one of them. This is signed by the artist.This picture shows several dolls and a couple of children's board games. Like Gremlins? AMC Gremlins? There is a model (or at least the box).These evening gowns are vintage from the 1950s. This photo shows lots of handbags, a large mirror, and bedding, all for your perusal.This vintage children's dresser features Bozo the Clown on the armoire door. This piece needs a bit of cleaning and care, but it quite interesting.The garage has quite the collection of paints, wood stains, and other cans. There are a few more board games and a B-24 Liberator model by Revell (again, it could be just the box). Lots of items to look through.There are a few pairs of snow skis and poles, as well as golf clubs. This garage overview shows the car ski rack, ski boots, an ironing board, the open-faced armoire, and lots of other goodies.Don't forget to stop by and see this vintage television set. RCA Victor, New Vista.There are also a few garden hangers, plus a vintage milk can and various pots and statuary.There is a sofa and footrest among the items for sale.This vintage pachenko game by Nishijin is a rare find. You know this will be of great interest.
