If you are caught stealing, hiding items or switching tags you will be prosecuted, banned from future sales and your photo will be circulated to all other estate sale companies. We reserve the right to inspect your bags.

We will need to do appointments by groups of 10 at a time.

We are on incense Ct In Lake Wildwood. Easiest access is the North Gate. I cannot put up signs but will try to have balloons at the end of the court. Use your GPS for directions.

We may have to limit entrance because of Covid restrictions and parking limitations. Please be patient. Masks are recommended. Hand washing station and anti bacterial hand sanitizer will be available.
