TLC or homeowner are not responsible for any injury or liability that may occur on or before or during the estate sale. No dogs allowed except Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest. Please watch your step when entering the home and exiting. Come out and finish your holiday shopping. We are having our last estate sale for the year in Lakewood. This estate features a fine collection of mid century furniture, records, pottery, Francisan dishware, artwork, clocks, doll collection, jewelry, garage full, washer/dryer, mirrors, lamps and lots of collectables. We appreciate your support through this challenging year!!!
