· Waivers with entry numbers will be available beginning at 8:30 am TUESDAY for those physically in line, we MUST have a signed waiver for each person entering the house, thank you.

· No place holders will be honored for those that are not physically at the house.

· We do not pre-sell or quote prices prior to the sale (unless previously sold by online auction as mentioned).

· We gladly accept All Credit Cards and Cash, no checks.

· We are required by the State of California to collect sales tax. Only VALID Resale Certificates will be honored.
