Trunk Full of Treasures has been honored to quickly liquidate the contents of this Lakewood home before the new owners take possession.

Just a few reminders:

*NO MASK, NO SERVICE

*BRING Your own shopping basket, box, etc.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide shopping baskets like the good old days!

*We will have bags and paper for your use after items are purchased

*We must monitor and limit the number of shoppers, be prepared with patience and practice social distancing.

*We care about the health and safety of our staff and our customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to those who are not following safety guidelines.

*If you feel sick, please stay home.

*By attending this sale, you agree to absolve the home owners, Trunk Full of Treasures, and all persons conducting sale, of any liability as a result of accident.

· Waivers with entry numbers will be available beginning at 8:00 am Tuesday for those physically in line, we MUST have a signed waiver for each person entering the house, thank you.

. We may have to monitor the number of people in the house at a time. Be prepared with a phone number for us to text you for admittance.

· No sign-up list will be honored.

· No place holders will be honored for those that are not physically at the house.

· We do not pre-sell or quote prices prior to the sale (unless previously sold by online auction as mentioned).

· We gladly accept All Credit Cards and Cash, no checks.

· We are required by the State of California to collect sales tax. Only VALID Resale Certificates will be honored.
