*We are not required to wear masks, but we will follow state requirements if implemented.

*Bring your own shopping basket, box, bag. We may run out of the baskets we have available for use.

*We will have bags and paper for your use after items are purchased

*We care about the health and safety of our staff and our customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to those who are not following safety guidelines.

*If you feel sick, please stay home.

*By attending this sale, you agree to absolve the homeowners, Trunk Full of Treasures, and all persons conducting sale, of any liability as a result of accident.

· Entry numbers will be available beginning at 8:00 am each day for those physically in line.

. We will monitor and limit the number of people in the house at a time. Be prepared with your patience.

· No sign-up list will be honored.

· No place holders will be honored for those that are not physically at the house.

· We do not pre-sell or quote prices prior to the sale

· We gladly accept All Credit Cards and Cash, no checks.

· We are required by the State of California to collect sales tax. Only VALID Resale Certificates will be honored with $20.00 minimum purchase.

· Watch Your Step! There are steps to enter the house, and to exit the back of the house to the back patio and garage.
