Longtime Lancaster resident unfortunately has passed on and we are liquidating her estate. Ii is located at 44506 Watford Ave, Lancaster, CA. The sale is 8-4 Sat and 8-2 Sunday (closing earlier than normal for Superbowl). The home is very small inside so we may be forced to limit the amount of people that we will let into the house at any given time so please get there early..
