Heres hoping your Easter holiday was a lovely one, now its back to business. Presenting another jam packed estate sale for your shopping pleasure. Sale will be held Saturday April 26th and Sunday April 27th, time will be from 8 am to 4 pm both days. No earlybirds will be allowed in. This estate is located in a mobile home park so there is limited parking inside the park, HOWEVER there is great street parking for this one. when you turn on to 25th Street East, the entire street is available for parking. The mobile is located very close to the entrance gate so there should not be too much of a logistics issue with this one.
ALL ITEMS TO BE 50% OFF ON SUNDAY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ALL ITEMS ARE AS IS WHERE IS.
9% CALIFORNIA STATE SALES TAX WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL PURCHASES.
CASH AND CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED PLEASE HAVE PROPER ID.
NO LARGE PURSES OR BACKPACKS WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE
NO CHILDREN UNDER AGE 16 ALLOWED IN PLEASE.
