We accept all credit cards for sales over $25.00. We prefer cash as it is easy and fast! Packing materials are available, but you are advised to bring your own in case we run out. Please bring your own help to load your purchase. We do not have labor and our insurance does not allow us to move any items for you. Enter the premises at your own risk. We are not responsible for any harm which you may incur while shopping our sales. Valuable items kept off site until sale days. 24 HR SECURITY ON PREMISES. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAYS !!!! Young children are welcome but must be held by the hand the entire visit. It should be noted when there is a pool, no children are allowed near the water. Sales are on a first come first served bases. From time to time a client will remove an item in advance of the sale. We do hope you understand not everything photographed will always be there.
