Senior Sorters REMARKABLE Livermore Estate...Artist & Collector Extraordinaire!

This week Senior Sorters & Estate Liquidators, LLC brings you this remarkable estate. This Livermore Ranch is situated on 5 acres and is very unique. The family migrated from Sweden in the early 1900's and in the 30's opened a company called Johnson Manufacturing in Oakland, CA. During WWII the company had the contract for the US Navy to supply all of their unfinished wooden furniture. The business was continued until the 1950's.

Dorothy Cunningham was a local Livermore artist. Dorothy taught at Roosevelt School in Oakland. In the estate we are offering many of Ms. Cunningham's watercolors as well as many of her pieces of, "Folk Art" in particular her wooden houses. One of Dorothy's paintings is currently located in the Livermore Art Museum and also the Livermore Library.

The Family travelled extensively throughout the west coast of Canada, Alaska, Africa, South America and Scandinavia.  Hence the wonderful ecletic mix of items on offer at this remarkable sale. The Ranch is right in the heart of Livermore's fabulous wine country.

This estate features a full house and deck as well as a 3 car garage and full workshop. This estate is loaded with special, one of a kind pieces and it all must go!
