Rain or shine - sale will be held indoors. CASH ONLY! We do not accept checks or credit cards. All items are sold “As-Is” with no exceptions. There are NO RETURNS/REFUNDS. This is a first come, first served sale. Please bring a truck and help for moving large items. All items must be picked up one hour prior to the close of the sale.

24 HR SECURITY ON PREMISES. Young children are welcome but must be with the parent at all times. We are not liable for any injuries on the premises of our sale. Come at your own risk. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE!
